Since I'm by far the most prolific poster here (perhaps I should switch to a blog format) and I've been quiet for the past couple of months, I should give a status update.  I went quiet in April because the kids were on summer break and I took over home schooling them in German in preparation for leaving India.  They each needed to catch up on a year's worth of reading/writing.  Then in Mid may, I packed.

Then the movers took my PC.  I still don't have it back because it is in customs limbo.

I'd made progress, but had refrained from a commit right before packing up because I had a regression that I wanted to fix before checking things in.  (remember the rule about not checking in if there are any regressions in a sanity run)  Of course, I never had the time.  Hopefully my household goods will come out of limbo in the next week or so and I can get back to work.

In the meantime, I've kept myself busy posting to the elephant.  You guys may want to see the HSM manifesto.

I've been following your blogs, but I'm behind; I'll go check them out.

I know it will be good to have your household goods arrive and get the move behind you.  I've never been through an international move; I can imagine how painful they must be.
