As of commit 98 on the rulesetmodeling project , the metameme XSD  is stable.  A PDF of the of the layout of the RML package is now available in the Documentation branch.  Please take note that the Standard and Descriptor modules (XML) have been added to ../Samples/RML, but Epoch had not been added yet.  If anyone wants to try their hand at hand editing ornaments and metamemes, it would be a good exercise.
